  • Lead a team of product managers to evaluate, develop, pilot, and launch new revenue generating product offerings.   

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning and decision making, e.g., market transformation strategies for product portfolio, portfolio management, roadmap methodology, resource, and budget planning. 

  • Conduct Market Research studies and hold customer listening sessions to identify new product and/or licensing opportunities

Improved Process:  Product Development Process

Improvement and creation of a consistent and repeatable product development process.  I refined the existing process to included quality control check points with clear and visible criteria ensuring the right products are being launched and developed efficiently. This improvement also helps determine the best use of the Emerging Solutions team's time and resources for each product opportunity
