Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning and decision making, e.g., market transformation strategies for product portfolio, portfolio management, roadmap methodology, resource, and budget planning.
Conduct Market Research studies and hold customer listening sessions to identify new product and/or licensing opportunities

Improved Process: Product Development Process

I refined the existing process to included quality control check points with clear and visible criteria ensuring the right products are being launched and developed efficiently.
